How To Enroll

Evergreen Christian Academy is a home-school group of like - minded families working together to encourage our children to become what God intended them to be.

Some of our services include special events, field trips, co-op classes, newsletter, mom's night out, a monthly family gathering, transcripts,  yearbook, school pictures, prom, homecoming, and graduation(high school and kndergarten).

NEW and RETURNING FAMILY ORIENTATION will be FRIDAY, August 30th,  10 am.  

This is for ALL families, new, returning, convering, and co-op.  Pastor Chris will share the vision for Wilson Avenue and ECA. All fees are due at this time and can be paid at the meeting.  For those families who will be coming to co-op we will have sign up sheets for class helpers and other volunteer opportunities.  We are looking for to a great year!!

 

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

To enroll with Evergreen Christian Academy for the first time, please contact us at [email protected]. We will have registration meetings where you can fill out paperwork.   You will also be given the opportunity to pay the enrollment fees at that time. We accept cash, check or Paypal.

Annual Fee for New Families: $135
If your family is joining ECA later in the school year, your fee will be prorated.

Registration fees are paid once a year and are per family. New families must register in person.
If you choose to participate in ECA Co-op, there is an additional fee.

Returning Family Enrollment

Annual fee for returning families: $110

 

You must be re-registered and fees paid by Orientation.  If you are not re-enrolled by that date, you will be un-enrolled from ECA and will be considered a new family if you decide to return.
